Simple Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast
- 4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 4 teaspoon dried sage
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper ground
- 1 spray olive oil cooking spray
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. Spray baking pan with olive oil spray. Place chicken in pan, sprinkle generously with herbs. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly and spray chicken with olive oil spray again.
- 3. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Juices will run clear.
- Substitutions: In place of dried herbs, use one of your favorite herb-blends, dried Italian Seasoning mix or try spreading a dollop of pesto sauce on each piece of chicken before baking.
