Ingredients
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup canned mandarin oranges or tangerine sectionss
- 1/2 cup raisins
- ½ cup flaked coconut or grated
- 1/2 cup raw or toasted sunflower seeds
- 4 tbsp homemade yogurt sour cream or mayonnaise
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Serve on lettuce leaves.
