Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 jar Hannaford salsa
- 1 each vine-ripened tomato
- 1 each head iceberg lettuce
- 1 8 oz bag Hannaford shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz Hannaford tortilla chips
Instructions
- 1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain fat and add 1/2 the jar of salsa. Keep warm
- 2. Wash and chop tomato and lettuce. Layer all ingredients, ending with salsa and cheese, into 4 bowls
