Ingredients
- 2 cups mango chutney
- ½ cup bourbon whisky
- 2 cups veal demi-glaze
- 2 pinch white pepper
Instructions
- Wipe the reserved frying pan. Add the chutney, whiskey, and demi-glaze and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Add the white pepper and reduce heat. Keep warm until ready to serve.
