Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp margarine or butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 4 4- ounce boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • ΒΌ cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon orange liqueur
  • 1/2 tsp finely grated orange peel

Instructions 

  • Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Put flour and paprika in a plastic bag. One piece at a time, put chicken in bag and shake to coat. Cook chicken in skillet for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through. Transfer to a serving platter and keep warm.
  • Add broth, orange juice, liqueur, and orange peel to skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.
  • Pour sauce over chicken.
