Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks well beaten
- 3/4 cup white corn syrup
- 4 oz semisweet chocolate melted
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream whipped
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine the egg yolks, corn syrup, and melted chocolate. Cook over medium heat until the mixture is smooth and thick.
- Remove from the heat, cool thoroughly, and flavor with the cinnamon and vanilla.
- Fold into the whipped cream.
- Pour the mixture into refrigerator ice trays and let stand in the refrigerator freezer about 2-1/2 to 3 hours, or until frozen.
