Ingredients
  

  • 4 egg yolks well beaten
  • 3/4 cup white corn syrup
  • 4 oz semisweet chocolate melted
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions 

  • Combine the egg yolks, corn syrup, and melted chocolate. Cook over medium heat until the mixture is smooth and thick.
  • Remove from the heat, cool thoroughly, and flavor with the cinnamon and vanilla.
  • Fold into the whipped cream.
  • Pour the mixture into refrigerator ice trays and let stand in the refrigerator freezer about 2-1/2 to 3 hours, or until frozen.
