Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices rye or pumpernickel bread
  • 2 teaspoon drained prepared horseradish or desired amount
  • 2 teaspoon spicy mustard or desired amount
  • About 8 oz Braunschweiger or other liverwurst thinly sliced
  • ½ whole red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ whole cucumber peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 8 slices bacon cooked crisply
