Ingredients
- 10 oz Water
- 2 oz Butter
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 5 oz Flour sifted
Instructions
- Combine the water, butter, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a full boil.
- Add the flour all at once. Stir vigorously over the heat until the mixture forms a stiff ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
- Cool the paste, then chill it. Keep it covered so that it does not form a skin on the surface.
