Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup white sesame seeds
  • 1-1/2 oz wakame

Instructions 

  • In a small skillet, dry roast the seeds on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until begin to brown.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. On a baking sheet, place the wakame and bake for 10 minutes. (Check to prevent burning.) In a blender or food processor, combine the warm seeds and wakame and blend until well combined.
  • Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use. (This condiment can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for several weeks.)
