Ingredients
- 4 tbsp finely chopped fresh flatleaf parsley
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill chervil or tarragon
- 1 lb 4 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
Instructions
- Chop the herbs in a food processor, add the soft butter, and mix together.
- Pack into butter molds or crocks.
- Refrigerate up to 2 days. To keep longer, freeze. Bring to room temperature before using.
