Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp freshly grated horseradish
  • 1/2 lb firm tofu mashed
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp parsley or watercress minced

Instructions 

  • In a blender, mix horseradish, tofu, oil, salt, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Add parsley or watercress, and serve.
