Ingredients
- 3 tbsp freshly grated horseradish
- 1/2 lb firm tofu mashed
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp parsley or watercress minced
Instructions
- In a blender, mix horseradish, tofu, oil, salt, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add parsley or watercress, and serve.
