Ingredients
- 4 cups quick-cooking lentils
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 stick 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 egg yolks mixed with 2 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley and more for garnish
Instructions
- Bring the lentils to a boil, add the salt, and simmer till they are just tender. Drain Add the rest of the ingredients and toss well. Add more parsley for garnish.
