Nicoise with Tuna, Black Olives, Capers, and Anchovies

Ingredients
- 1 whole pizza dough 12-inch pizza
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup canned tuna drained and broken into chunks
- 24 each nicoise olive pitted and halved
- 2 tbsp small capers drained
- 8 each anchovy fillets chopped coarse (canned)
- 1/2 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons basil shredded fine
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Spread the pizza sauce on top of the crust up to 1/2 inch from its edge. Distribute the tuna, olives, capers, and anchovies evenly over the surface. Sprinkle evenly with the mozzarella.
- Bake the pizza until the cheese is melted and just beginning to brown, about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, garnish with basil, transfer to a cutting board, and cut into slices.
