Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole pizza dough 12-inch pizza
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup canned tuna drained and broken into chunks
  • 24 each nicoise olive pitted and halved
  • 2 tbsp small capers drained
  • 8 each anchovy fillets chopped coarse (canned)
  • 1/2 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons basil shredded fine

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  • Spread the pizza sauce on top of the crust up to 1/2 inch from its edge. Distribute the tuna, olives, capers, and anchovies evenly over the surface. Sprinkle evenly with the mozzarella.
  • Bake the pizza until the cheese is melted and just beginning to brown, about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, garnish with basil, transfer to a cutting board, and cut into slices.
