Ingredients
  

  • 3 or 4 tbsp of pine-nuts
  • butter
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions 

  • Three or four tablespoons of pine-nuts are very gently heated in butter in the omelette pan until they just barely begin to turn colour.
  • Beat the eggs with the salt and pepper. Pour into the pan and make as you would an omelette.
