Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf flatbread sliced horizontally and cut into 4 pieces
  • 12 oz Taste of Inspirations Oven Roasted Herb Turkey Breast
  • 12 oz Taste of Inspirations Wildflower Honey Ham
  • 4 oz Fontina Cheese thinly sliced or substitute mozzarella or porvolone
  • 2 cup Baby arugula
  • 1 each Small Red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  • 1. Arrange 4 bread slices on work surface. Divide chicken, ham, cheese, arugula and onion evenly over bread. Top with remaining slices of bread and drizzle both sides with olive oil.
  • 2. Heat a large heavy skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add sandwiches, and grill, pressing firmly with a heavy spatula 3-4 minutes per side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is heated through.
