Ingredients
  

  • 2 seedless navel oranges about 1-1/4 lbs total weight
  • 8 black olives preferably imported
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp finely minced garlic
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Spice pepper, black, ground
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley.

Instructions 

  • Trim off the ends of the oranges. Peel oranges and cut them into quarter-inch slices. Put them in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the olives.
  • Blend the paprika, garlic, vinegar and oil, salt and pepper. Blend well and pour this over the oranges and olives. Blend well.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
