Salade D'Oranges Et Olives Noires

Ingredients
- 2 seedless navel oranges about 1-1/4 lbs total weight
- 8 black olives preferably imported
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp finely minced garlic
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Spice pepper, black, ground
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley.
Instructions
- Trim off the ends of the oranges. Peel oranges and cut them into quarter-inch slices. Put them in a mixing bowl.
- Add the olives.
- Blend the paprika, garlic, vinegar and oil, salt and pepper. Blend well and pour this over the oranges and olives. Blend well.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
