Scalloped Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna chunks
- 1 green pepper seeded and chopped
- 1-1/2 cups of coarse cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of chopped parsley
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- Salt
- pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 2 large onions chopped
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
Instructions
- Roll out crackers with a rolling pin until they are coarse crumbs.
- Combine with the tuna chunks and the chopped vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and mix with the melted butter and beaten eggs.
- Pour into a buttered casserole and top with bits of butter. Bake in a 375°F oven for 30 minutes.
