Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans of tuna chunks
  • 1 green pepper seeded and chopped
  • 1-1/2 cups of coarse cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of chopped parsley
  • 1 cup of chopped celery
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 2 large onions chopped
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten

Instructions 

  • Roll out crackers with a rolling pin until they are coarse crumbs.
  • Combine with the tuna chunks and the chopped vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and mix with the melted butter and beaten eggs.
  • Pour into a buttered casserole and top with bits of butter. Bake in a 375°F oven for 30 minutes.
