Ingredients
- 1/3 cup stick margarine or butter softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Mix margarine and powdered sugar until blended.
- Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Beat until smooth and spreadable. Frosts one 13 x 9-inch cake or fills and frosts one 8- or 9-inch two-layer cake.
