Ingredients
- 6 each Fresh Lemons large, at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 ½ cup water
- 8 cups water
- 1 each lemon sliced
Instructions
- Roll all lemons until soft to the touch. Cut lemons in half and squeeze out juice into a bowl. Strain into a large pitcher and add sugar.
- Place all lemon rinds in bowl and pour boiling water over them; let stand until cool.
- Strain rind juice into pitcher and add cold water. Stir well.
- Chill and serve over ice with a slice of lemon on edge of glass.
