Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- kosher salt
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1-1/2 oz tequila
- 1/2 fresh lime
- "splash" Contreau
- crushed ice
- 3 oz fresh sweet and sour
- Juice lemon, btl
- 1 lime wedge
Instructions
- Stir the lime juice and sugar together until all the sugar is dissolved. Add the water and stir to mix well. Set aside.
- Put the kosher salt on a shallow plate. Dip the glass rim first in Rose's lime juice, then in the salt.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice. Stir together the tequila, juice from the half lime, Contreau, and fresh Sweet and Sour. Pour over the crushed ice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
