Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • kosher salt
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1-1/2 oz tequila
  • 1/2 fresh lime
  • "splash" Contreau
  • crushed ice
  • 3 oz fresh sweet and sour
  • Juice lemon, btl
  • 1 lime wedge

Instructions 

  • Stir the lime juice and sugar together until all the sugar is dissolved. Add the water and stir to mix well. Set aside.
  • Put the kosher salt on a shallow plate. Dip the glass rim first in Rose's lime juice, then in the salt.
  • Fill the glass with crushed ice. Stir together the tequila, juice from the half lime, Contreau, and fresh Sweet and Sour. Pour over the crushed ice.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge.
