Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole large ripe avocado
  • 4 whole hot chili pepper chopped fine
  • 1/6 whole Garlic clove minced
  • 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 3 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice or lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions 

  • Peel and seed the avocados.
  • Mash one avocado in a bowl, and finely chop the other.
  • Mix the two with remaining ingredients.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
