Ingredients
- 2 whole large ripe avocado
- 4 whole hot chili pepper chopped fine
- 1/6 whole Garlic clove minced
- 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 3 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice or lime juice
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
Instructions
- Peel and seed the avocados.
- Mash one avocado in a bowl, and finely chop the other.
- Mix the two with remaining ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
