Ingredients
- 1 whole egg beaten
- 1 whole bagel sliced
- 1 tbsp shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the egg and cook, stirring gently, until firm and dry.
- While the egg is cooking, slice and toast the bagel.
- Spoon the egg onto one bagel half. Sprinkle the cheese on top and heat in the microwave (or broil) until the cheese is melted. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne. Close like a sandwich and enjoy.
